Burglary Near You- Highfield Land Keighley

Dear Resident

You are receiving this because you live in the vicinity of a burglary that occurred on Highfield Lane, this occurred on Wednesday 29th April between1000hrs and 1400hrs. Unknown suspect(s) enters the property by unknown means before making an untidy search of the property stealing electrical items and making off unseen.

Firstly if you have CCTV or a doorbell camera please check it between Wednesday 29th April between1000hrs and 1400hrs to check if you had any activations. 

Secondly if you have a door with a cylinder lock (composite or UPVC doors mainly) please check the lock. 

Make sure you are satisfied with the rating and is fitted correctly. The locks we recommend have 3 stars written on the front (see image) and are TS007 or SS312 rated. Many firms offer these anti-snap locks. Whilst we do not wish to scare anyone, it is always good to review your own security, and report anything suspicious to the Police.
